
Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Consulting & Biz Solutions Limited, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute business development strategies that identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and collaborate with the sales team to close deals and grow revenue.
Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns, managing and maintaining our website and social media presence, creating engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and marketing materials, collaborating with the team to develop marketing materials, organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and seminars, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and monitoring and reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a professional services firm. They will have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies, excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite, is also essential.
