We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to drive our brand's online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Track record: Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data analysis: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset: Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Graphic design: Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
