Deposit Mobilization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deposit Mobilization Specialist to join our team at Trident Microfinance Bank.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients to promote and engage our bank's products, ensuring satisfactory service delivery to all customers, generating sales leads to expand the customer base, and adhering to standard operating procedures and business practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve deposit mobilization and retention of deposits
- Source new high-end customers and persuade them to deposit money
- Maintain existing deposit clients and ensure they are satisfied with our services
- Inform clients of the status of their deposits and ensure that forms for opening fixed deposit accounts are adequately completed and registered
- Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve deposit mobilization and retention of deposits
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Sc.) or HND (or OND with 4 years experience in the microfinance industry)
- Prior experience as a deposit mobilization officer in a financial institution
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be resident in Abuja or environs
As a Deposit Mobilization Specialist at Trident Microfinance Bank, you can expect a competitive salary of N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. The estimated salary range is based on the current market conditions in Abuja and the requirements of the role.
