This includes managing the digital transformation roadmap, driving strategy development, and nurturing collaborative stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update the corporate digital strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Drive the strategy development and update process to ensure alignment with company aspirations.
  • Constantly recalibrate the corporate digital strategy based on learnings from in-market data and qualitative user interviews.
  • Owns strategy development from beginning to end, perform in-depth research, develop analyses, and engage stakeholders.
  • Nurture collaborative stakeholder relations to influence and drive digital transformation strategies.
  • Support investment prioritization, analyzing project funding requests, and making recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Drive performance of the company's digital transformation strategy and roadmap delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a governance framework to ensure digital transformation initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish policies and procedures to guide digital transformation efforts and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and success of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and issues related to digital transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT governance, or a related field. Experience in a leadership role overseeing digital initiatives is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing digital landscape and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
