Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Content Staff member. As a key member of our content team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all content meets editorial standards and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and follow a quality assurance (QA) checklist to ensure that all content meets editorial and linguistic standards.
  • Utilize content management tools, including Google Docs and WordPress, to monitor the status of content being edited, curated, and uploaded.
  • Track edits and revisions in content documents using tools like Google Docs or WordPress.
  • Record the time spent on tasks such as editing, verification, and finalization to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient content delivery.
  • Track the volume of content edited, curated, and uploaded against the set schedule.
Requirements
  • A basic understanding of content creation and editing workflows.
  • Familiarity with content management tools, including Google Docs and WordPress.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Native or proficient ability to speak and write in Igbo or Yoruba languages.
