Job Description: The Front Office Staff position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and tutors. This includes managing the appointment scheduling system, coordinating tutoring sessions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Greet students, parents, and tutors warmly and welcomingly, providing information about the center's services and programs.
  2. Manage the center's schedule, ensuring that tutoring sessions and appointments are coordinated efficiently.
  3. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies, as well as preparing materials for tutoring sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
