We are looking for a reliable Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our local restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and stock designated facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities, documenting any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Notify management of any occurring issues or concerns.

In addition to your cleaning duties, you will also be responsible for making adjustments and minor repairs, stocking and maintaining supply rooms, and cooperating with other staff members.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of SSCE, proven working experience as a cleaner, and the ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery. You should also have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets, and a strong sense of integrity.
