Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients medical history, symptoms, and concerns. Provide treatment and preventive healthcare services under the supervision of the Medical Director. Conduct physical examinations, interpret test results, and diagnose illnesses. Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment procedures, and medications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Refer patients to specialists/consultants when advanced care is required. Ensure confidentiality, impartiality, and professionalism in patient care. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and clinical teams. Current and valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Strong knowledge of general medical practice and patient care. Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems. Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
