The ideal candidate must come from the pension industry preferably from a Pension Fund Custodian (PFC) or Pension Fund Administrator (PFA)and possess strong knowledge of PenCom regulations, custody operations, data governance, and cybersecurity. Digital Transformation Lead workflow automation and technology modernization initiatives across custody operations and internal departments. Introduce digital tools that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience. IT Governance & Project Management Direct major IT projects from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Evaluate technology trends, risks, and cost structures to guide executive decision-making and investment priorities. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and business units to ensure IT initiatives support organizational priorities. Manage external vendors, negotiate technology contracts, and oversee third-party integrations. Business Continuity & Risk Management Maintain and periodically update disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and business continuity frameworks. Mitigate IT-related risks and ensure resilience across all technology functions. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree is an advantage. Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF highly desirable. 8 - 10+ years progressive IT leadership experience, with mandatory experience in the pension industry (PFC or PFA) or other regulated financial services.
