About the Role

Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who lives and breathes digital? Do you have what it takes to build and execute impactful campaigns for one of Africa's most diversified business groups?

We're looking for a Digital Marketer to lead and execute the Group's digital strategy across multiple subsidiaries. In this role, you'll plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns that boost engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver measurable growth. From SEO to social media, email marketing to paid ads—you'll own the digital space and position the Group ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a dynamic digital marketing strategy across all subsidiaries.
  • Manage and update company websites with engaging, SEO-optimized content.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize SEO/SEM, social media, email, and influencer campaigns.
  • Create and oversee compelling multimedia content across digital platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to engage audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Digital Marketing certifications are an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
  • In-depth understanding of UI/UX, inbound, and outbound marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing, analytics, and online advertising tools.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
