Job Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, audience engagement, and brand growth. You will play a key role in managing our social media presence, optimizing content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram, and running campaigns that boost engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

* Manage and grow the company's social media presence (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).

* Create engaging content strategies to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.

* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.

* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.

* Collaborate with the production and creative teams to align digital strategies with overall brand goals.

Core Competencies:

* Proven expertise in *YouTube, Instagram, and other major social media platforms*.

* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.

* Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital metrics and trends.

* Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).

* *3–5 years of proven experience* in digital marketing or a related role.

* Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.

* Demonstrated ability to grow and manage digital communities.

* Portfolio of past campaigns/projects is a plus.
