We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time (Remote)

Experience Level: Intermediate

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and display channels.

Manage and grow the company's social media presence through consistent content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Lead content development across formats—social posts, newsletters, blogs, website copy, and podcast scripts.

Support the production and distribution of the company's podcast, including content planning, episode captions, and promotional materials.

Create simple graphic designs and visual assets for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

Identify and target the right audiences for campaigns and content.

Optimize campaign performance using data insights, trends, and analytics.

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.

Brainstorm and execute creative strategies for brand visibility and audience growth.

Work with project teams to develop content for web and mobile applications.

Evaluate customer experience across digital touchpoints using strong analytical skills.

Requirements & Skills

2–3 years' proven experience as a digital marketer, content marketer, or copywriter.

Excellent content creation skills, with strong written and verbal communication.

Experience managing social media platforms, newsletters, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).

Highly creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and design campaigns that engage and convert.

Practical experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media ads, and digital advertising campaigns.

Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, or WebTrends.

Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, content, and social media.
