Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Executive based in Ibadan. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks also involve promoting the company's real estate offerings, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with other team members to enhance the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning
  • Strong skills in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate or a similar industry is an advantage
