Job Description The Office Admin is responsible for enhancing the flow of workflow through the Facilities Management department.  The Office Admin will maintain all departmental records and files, dispatch work taken over the communication systems and provide any required typing.    The Office Admin shall also be responsible for assisting the department in processing purchase orders and all other clerical functions.  Is capable of dispatching work to Plant Operations personnel via a two-way radio.  Assesses phone calls and prioritizes them according to needs.  Notifies Assistant Director of any problems with dispatching work.  Processes weekly Labor Utilization Report and delivers it to Administration.  Processes payroll sheets and assures that employees are paid, accordingly.   Assists the Director or Assistant Director in performing all duties necessary to maintain the facility including creating policies and procedures for the department and facility wide. Qualifications
• High school degree required Bachelors degree preferred

• Previous Administrative clerical experience required

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Strong customer service skills.

• Familiarity with construction blue prints preferred  

• Computer literacy is in Words, Excel, Meditech, Outlook

• Ability to perform work in an independent environment Additional Information
