We're building a fast, trusted sportsbook & casino experience backed by sharp risk controls, growth marketing, and community content .Role PurposeOwn the sportsbook & casino product end-to-end: define the vision, prioritize the roadmap, coordinate delivery with engineering/design/risk, and ship features that grow acquisition, conversion, and retention.What you'll doProduct strategy & roadmap: Translate business goals into a quarterly roadmap for sportsbook, live/in-play, casino, and gamified features (jackpots, leaderboards, missions).Discovery & requirements: Lead market/user research, write PRDs/user stories, define acceptance criteria; benchmark vs Sportybet, Betano, 1xBet, Bet9ja.Delivery excellence: Run agile ceremonies (backlog, sprints, retros). Partner with engineering, QA, design, trading/risk, CRM, and payments to launch on time and with quality.Sportsbook depth: Prioritize bet builder, cashout variants, system bets, fast markets, odds boosts, stats hubs, responsible gaming entry points.Casino growth: Curate provider mix, lobby UX, categories, RTP/volatility balance, and promo mechanics (free spins, missions, tournaments).Data-driven decisions: Define success metrics (FTD, CVR, ARPU, retention, bonus cost, margin). Run A/B tests; iterate quickly.Risk & compliance partnership: Work with Risk/KYC/AML on anti-fraud, bonus abuse prevention, and market restrictions; ensure regulator-ready releases.Go-to-market: Coordinate launches with CRM/Performance/Brand; own release notes, training, and post-launch monitoring.What you'll bring4–7+ years in Product Management; at least 2–3 years in iGaming (sportsbook and/or casino).Strong grasp of betting markets, odds, trading/risk, and casino KPIs.Hands-on with agile tools (Jira/Linear), analytics (GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Looker), A/B testing.Evidence of shipping high-impact features and moving commercial metrics.Excellent PRD writing, stakeholder management, and execution under time pressure.Success metrics (KPIs)Migration & stability: On-time feature readiness for relaunch; post-launch issue rate
