Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant for our on-site operations in Abuja. This is a full-time role focusing on a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities. Daily tasks include managing office correspondence, maintaining office equipment, coordinating schedules, and providing support for day-to-day office operations. The Office Assistant will also greet visitors, ensure a professional work environment, and handle phone inquiries with excellent etiquette.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and maintaining its functionality
- Must be Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or office duties is a plus
