About the Position
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to keep the office running smoothly with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors or clients in a friendly manner
- Maintain organized filing systems (paper and digital)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry, printing, copying, and scanning
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
