About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to keep the office running smoothly with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients in a friendly manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems (paper and digital)
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Assist with data entry, printing, copying, and scanning
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
