Role Description

This is a remote (plus some weekends) role for a Real Estate Associate For Immediate Employment.

The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for handling real estate transactions, including leases and commercial real estate deals.

Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, coordinating with clients, negotiating contracts, basic graphic designs and assisting in attending meetings with clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with sales and Real Estate Transactions
  • Knowledge of Residential and commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development
  • Basic organizational and digital skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree, HND, NCE or its equivalent in Business, or related field
  • Experience in the offplan real estate market is a plus
  • Ability to drive is a plus
