Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant, based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Research Assistant will support various research initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, as well as conducting in-depth literature reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting with laboratory or field research, and contributing to the development of research methodologies. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining detailed records, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in Research methodologies and Laboratory Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in academic or industry-based research is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, or Data Analytics
