Operations ManagerRole Overview

The Operations Manager oversees all day-to-day operational functions across production, design, supply chain, procurement, retail, and e-commerce, ensuring processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic goals. This role drives operational excellence, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven professional with 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and leading high-performing teams. They combine strong business acumen with operational discipline, excel in problem-solving and process improvement, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where they align operational execution with business objectives, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency across design, production, supply chain, retail, and procurement.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

Production & Supply Chain

  • Oversee production planning, sourcing, vendor relationships, and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while minimizing waste and excess stock.
  • Collaborate with procurement to align raw materials with production needs and sustainability goals.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Align cross-functional teams (design, marketing, retail) to meet operational and strategic objectives.

Retail & E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage store and online operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute campaigns and maintain inventory availability.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

Compliance, Risk & Procurement

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Mitigate operational risks and ensure labor, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Provide regular operational reports to senior leadership.
  • Drive process optimization, leveraging industry best practices and technology.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
