Job Overview

Enbros Technologies is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled
Video Editor, and Motion Designer

to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This critical onsite role is responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content, utilizing advanced editing and motion graphics techniques to scale our content production across platforms like YouTube and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Media Production (Video & Motion Focus)

• Lead Video Post-Production:

Take raw footage (including screen recordings and teleprompter reads) and transform it into high-quality, professional long-form video episodes.
- Motion Graphics Implementation:

Design and implement dynamic motion graphics, text boxes, and visual overlays (B-roll) to clarify complex product and business concepts.
- Workflow Efficiency:

Utilize cloud-based platforms like
Riverside

to streamline the editing process, leveraging its features for transcription and quick clip generation.
- Content Repurposing:

Efficiently generate and edit multiple short-form clips (shorts) from long-form content for social media distribution.

Design & Visual Branding (Graphic Illustration Focus)

• Illustrative Design:

Produce detailed illustrations and graphic assets for use as visual anchors in videos and promotional materials.
- Asset Creation for Video:

Create custom illustrations, graphic assets, and compelling thumbnail images for all long-form and short-form video content.
- Quality Control:

Ensure all video and graphic outputs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic.
- Collaboration on GTM Assets:

Work with the GTM team to provide timely design and graphic support for marketing campaigns and general content needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Video Editing Mastery (For Video Roles): Proven expertise in professional video editing software (
  Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

).
- Motion Graphics/Animation (For Motion Roles): Strong working knowledge of animation tools (
Adobe After Effects or equivalents

) with the ability to create impactful B-roll and visual effects.
- Graphic Design & Illustration (For Design Roles): Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent for creating high-quality static and illustrative graphics.
- High-Volume Production: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute a high-volume production schedule, aiming to increase current output.
- Efficiency Tools: Experience leveraging cloud-based platforms like
Riverside

for efficient editing, transcription, and short-form clip generation.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within the content production team and follow established processes.

Bonus if you have

• Experience in a B2B or technology-focused content environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles as they relate to app analysis and product critique.
• Experience with advanced sound design or ASMR editing techniques.
• Photography or additional short-form video creation skills for immediate social media posting.
