Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of programs aimed at educating and supporting young founders. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, setting program milestones, managing budgets, assessing program outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The individual will also lead cross-functional teams, facilitate resources allocation, and sustain partnerships within the ecosystem.

  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
  • Budgeting and resource allocation expertise
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Background in education, entrepreneurship, or technology sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience with AI-driven or startup-focused programs is an advantage
