Media Sales Manager

Job Summary:Weare hiring a Media Sales Manager on behalf of our client in the Advertising Industry.The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing sales effortsacross various media platforms, including digital, print, radio, TV, andemerging media. This role requires developing strategic sales plans, buildingand maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth throughthe sale of media products and services. Key Responsibilities:ü Sales Leadership: Identify and target new businessopportunities, manage existing client relationships, and lead the sales team tomeet or exceed sales targets.ü Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintainstrong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs andoffer tailored media solutions that align with their marketing goals.ü Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic salesplans to expand the company's media offerings, enter new markets, andstrengthen client retention.ü Sales Presentations: Lead sales pitches and presentations topotential clients, effectively showcasing the company's media products andtheir benefits.ü Market Analysis: Stay up -to -date with industry trends,market conditions, and competitor activities to position the company's productseffectively.ü Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, andoperations teams to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns and excellentclient experiences.ü Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, prepareforecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management on revenue goals,pipeline status, and potential opportunities.ü Budget & Resource Management: Manage sales budgets andresources efficiently to maximize results. RequirementsQualifications:ü Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).ü 5+ years of experience in media sales, with a proven trackrecord of achieving sales targets.ü Strong knowledge of digital, broadcast, print, and outdoormedia and advertising strategies.ü Excellent communication, negotiation, andrelationship -building skills.ü Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a salesteam.ü Strong organizational and time management skills, with theability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.ü Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot).Preferred Skills:Experience in managing a sales team and developing sales strategies.Understanding digital advertising, programmatic buying, and social media marketing.Existing relationships with key decision -makers in the media and advertising industry.Advanced data analysis skills, particularly in interpreting sales performance and client insights.
