Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator/Social Media Manager to develop and manage engaging content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the brand's online presence, driving engagement, growing our community, and translating business objectives into meaningful digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and brand objectives.

  • Create high-quality, original content (copy, photos, videos, graphics) for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce campaign visuals and storytelling assets.
  • Social Media Management

Manage daily operations across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).

  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns where necessary.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Brand Voice & Consistency

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging.

  • Maintain consistency across all digital platforms and marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience with influencer marketing or community management.

Video production and editing skills.

SEO and blog writing experience.

Basic knowledge of paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
