Our client, a leading Investment and loan solution company, is seeking to hire a Finance and Research Analyst. Job Summary: Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for conducting in -depth financialanalysis and research to support strategic decision -making and improve overallfinancial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiencyin financial modeling, and a solid understanding of market trends. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive financialanalysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to supportfinancial planning and strategy. - Perform market research andanalysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities forgrowth. - Develop and maintain complexfinancial models to evaluate business performance and guide investmentdecisions. - Prepare detailed reports andpresentations that summarize research findings, financial metrics, andinvestment recommendations for management. - Collaborate with variousdepartments to gather data and insights necessary for comprehensive financialanalyses. - Monitor economic and industrydevelopments to assess potential impacts on the company's financialperformance. - Assist in the preparation offinancial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with accountingstandards. - Support ad -hoc financial analysisand special projects as required by management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or ProfessionalCertification Designation is a plus. - Proven experience in financialanalysis or research, preferably in a corporate finance or investment environment. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling anddata analysis; advanced skills in Excel are essential. - Familiarity with financialreporting standards and regulatory requirements. - Knowledge of financial planningand analysis (FP&A) tools and software. - Experience with databasemanagement and statistical analysis software - Understanding of investmentanalysis and valuation techniques. - Excellent analytical andproblem -solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drawrelevant conclusions. - Strong written and verbalcommunication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively. - Detail -oriented with strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team environment.
