Job Description and Profile

We're looking for a smart and detail-oriented Finance Analyst Intern to join our finance and investment team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn about financial analysis, equity research, and investment operations in a fast-paced fintech environment. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day finance tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to how Rise manages investments and financial reporting.

What You'll do

  • Assist with equity and investment research.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly financial reconciliations.
  • Help monitor and reconcile bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and platform wallets.
  • Track relevant market news, earnings reports, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to preparing financial reports and insights for decision-making.
  • Support the creation and improvement of internal finance processes and controls.

What We're Looking For

  • Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets (experience with accounting tools is a plus).
  • Interest in financial markets (NSE & US markets) and investment management.
  • Eagerness to learn, curious mindset, and ability to work well in a dynamic startup team.
