We are hiring a Personal/Virtual Assistant to work directly with the Founder and Lead Strategist, providing structure, coordination, and support across business and creative priorities.

This role is for someone who is proactive, organised, creative, and confident taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal/Virtual Assistant located in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Personal/Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, performing administrative tasks, booking appointments, conducting research, and providing general support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The candidate will work closely with management to support their daily activities and assist in various projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in managing schedules and handling correspondence
  • Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
