Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing emails and calendar, scheduling meetings, conducting research, data entry, preparing reports, and handling other administrative tasks. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for assisting with customer service, social media management, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with email management, calendar scheduling, and preparing reports
  • Proficiency in data entry and research skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media management
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
