Lead Generation Intern

Role Description
The Lead Generation Intern will conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs and assist in generating and qualifying business leads. Additionally, the intern will support the sales team in building and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers and contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Leads identification and Lead Generation techniques
- Proficiency in Market Research and understanding target audiences
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Sales principles and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM or lead management tools is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Candidate Profile
• Recent graduate or student in business, marketing, economics, communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in fashion, creative industries, or luxury services.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn sales skills.
Duration
• 6 months (with possible absorption into Junior Business Development Executive role).
Compensation & Perks
• Communication allowance ₦10,000.
• Mentorship from the management.
• Exposure to high-value clients, networking events, and industry partnerships.
• Certificate of Completion + priority consideration for full-time employment.
Intern Deliverables
• Monthly: Generate 500 new qualified leads, log all in CRM.
• Quarterly: Support in converting at least 10% of total period leads .
• Provide at least 1 market research report per month (competitors, trends, pricing, opportunities).
• Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data entry and reporting.
