Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abule Lagos for the position of General Manager at GIGS Travels. The General Manager will oversee the operations and strategic direction of the company, ensure the seamless delivery of travel and relocation services, lead teams, and establish and maintain relationships with partners and clients. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and driving team performance in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills, team management, and strategic planning experience
  • Expertise in travel consultancy, relocation advisory, and travel documentation
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with corporate and group travel management
  • Experience in business development and achieving revenue goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the travel and relocation industry, with previous management experience
