Role Description

The Resource Business Supervisor is mainly responsible for supervising the purchasing team in completing daily tasks and ensuring the smooth progress of resource development, operation, and management processes

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining resource information to ensure data accuracy and timely update. Assist in resource development and partner management and maintain good business relationships.

Draft and review business contracts, agreements and other documents.

is responsible for archiving, tracking, and managing the implementation status after contract signing.

Conduct market surveys of relevant industries, analyze data, and provide support.

Prepare market analysis reports to provide a basis for business decision-making.

Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Maintain effective communication with external customers or partners to resolve issues arising during the cooperation process.

Assist in handling tasks such as reimbursement of relevant expenses and budget approval.

Track the budget usage of business projects.

Arrange meetings and write meeting minutes.

Support the daily operations of the department to ensure efficient work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/HND

Experience working with Telecommunications brands and organizing brand activation events

5+ years of experience, preferably with agencies or organizations that have worked with major mobile brands.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

Works meticulously and conscientiously, has a strong sense of responsibility, and is good at Time Management.

Has strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Highly adaptable, able to quickly learn and get started on new tasks.

Have a certain understanding or interest in industry resources (such as supply chains, partners, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦500,000.00 per month
