Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Associate based in Port Harcourt. The associate will identify and acquire potential business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with teams to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking
- Ability to conduct Market Research and create Sales Strategies
- Experience with Proposal Writing and Contract Negotiation
- Self-motivation, teamwork skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with the freelancing or service e-commerce industry is a plus
