Role Purpose:

To train and support young creatives in content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling, while assisting the Brand & Digital Storytelling Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with content production (photography, short videos, graphics, copywriting).
  • Support in managing social media accounts (posting, engaging with followers).
  • Help develop storyboards and creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Conduct trend research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide logistical support during photo/video shoots.
  • Track and report on basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).

Candidate Profile:

  • University/Polytechnic students or fresh graduates (media, communications, design, or related fields).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) an advantage.
  • Passion for digital storytelling, fashion, and creativity.
  • Energetic, trend-aware, eager to learn.

Duration:

6 months (with potential transition to Junior Digital Content Creator).

Work Hours

  • 2 days in-office (Tuesdays and Fridays)
  • 3 days remote (Monday, Wednesday, Fridays)
  • Hours: 9:00am to 6:00 pm

Compensation & Perks:

  • Stipend: ₦22,000/month
  • Data/communication allowance ₦8,000/month.
