Role Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Lead will be the creative voice behind Maison Aria, responsible for shaping the brand's identity through powerful narratives and visually engaging digital content. This role involves creating and managing campaigns that connect emotionally with audiences while driving brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.

Job roles:

  • Develop and execute 
    narrative-driven marketing campaigns
     that reflect the brand's vision.
  • Create and manage 
    multimedia content
     including videos, photos, graphics, and written copy.
  • Plan and maintain a 
    content calendar
     aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Grow and manage the brand's 
    social media presence
     to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track, analyse, and report on 
    campaign performance
    , providing insights for improvement.

Qualification:

Non-Negotiables

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital content creation, storytelling, or marketing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and digital campaign work.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.

Skills & Competencies

  • Highly creative and resourceful, with a strong sense of storytelling and trend awareness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture.
