About the Role

We're seeking a creative and strategic Digital Media & Marketing Specialist to build brand visibility, drive digital engagement, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a passion for creating viral-worthy content, and the ability to deliver measurable marketing results — similar to leading e-commerce and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Create engaging, high-quality multimedia content (videos, photos, and graphics) that captures audience attention and aligns with campaign goals.
  • Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, social media marketing, and paid ads.
  • Conduct SEO optimization and use Google Analytics to track and report campaign performance.
  • Carry out market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and online communities to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media strategy.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media campaign management.
  • Excellent content creation and digital storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication abilities.
  • Media or Digital Marketing certification is an added advantage.
  • Must not be older than 26 years. However, applicants up to 28 years may be considered if they possess valuable skills or relevant experience.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • ₦160,000 monthly salary
  • Travel allowance for campaign or media activities
  • Accommodation available for proximity
