We're seeking a Clinical Support Specialist who is organized, and dependable. This role supports clinical operations behind the scenes and plays a vital part in ensuring patients receive timely, coordinated, and well-documented care.

You don't need to know everything from day one, what matters most is your willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow in the role.

You'll be responsible for:


• Supporting clinics with non-clinical and administrative aspects of patient care


• Assisting with clinical documentation, chart updates, and patient records within EMR/EHR systems


• Coordinating patient appointments, preparing visit notes, follow-ups, and care-related communications


• Supporting remote care programs such as RPM, CCM, and other care management services


• Monitoring assigned tasks, alerts, and workflows related to patient care


• Communicating professionally with patients, providers, and internal teams


• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry related to clinical activities


• Maintaining organized records in compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and privacy standards


• Identifying gaps, delays, or inconsistencies in workflows and escalating appropriately


• Collaborating with the care team to improve operational efficiency and patient experience

What we're looking for:


• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability


• Comfort working with EMR/EHR systems and digital healthcare tools


• Familiarity with Microsoft suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)


• Growth mindset and openness to continuous learning


• Ability to approach challenges with patience, curiosity, and professionalism


• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows or clinical support is a plus


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently


• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethical awareness.

Experience:


• 1–2 years of more experience in healthcare support, clinical administration, medical services, or a related field is an advantage.
