Job role: HubSpot Specialist
Location: Remote
Our client is expanding their digital team and is looking for a dynamic, data-driven, technically-strong digital marketer to join their team.
Looking for a mid-level Specialist (5+ years of experience in HubSpot and administration/experience in at least one other CRM) that will facilitate sustained growth within the HubSpot Ecosystem.
This role will provide technical subject matter expertise and execute all advanced platform strategies, portal set up and best practices. The role works with internal account and digital specialist teams to drive program, client, and operational success.
Expectations include the ability to provide consultation and hands-on navigation/administration of all portals in the ecosystem, with expertise in no less than 2 Hubs and fast growth into the other Hubs and the broader RevOps ecosystem.
Initial candidate emphasis is around tactical delivery, with high desirability for those that bring a strategic and consultative mindset. The ideal candidate is an expert in the HubSpot suite of products and is experienced in developing and implementing all Hubs of HubSpot features.
Documenting processes and standards will be essential, in alignment and collaboration with the Digital Transformation practice.
Desired Recent Case Study Examples for this Candidate
● Migration of mid-market/Enterprise CRM to HubSpot Pro or Enterprise sales.
● Integration/migration of a current CRM or ERP (NetSuite, etc) into an established HubSpot instance. Migrated/implemented Sales into a legacy Marketing Hub portal.
● Planned/Implemented a RevOps-centered Marketplace Integration or Migration using HubSpot native features
Examples may include:
● Planned and implemented a live integration of CPQ/accounting software to HubSpot. E.g. QuickBooks.
● Planned and executed automations to manage orders, quotes, line items, within HubSpot
Candidate This customer-facing role requires:

● Strong experience in setting up revenue and marketing operations for B2B SaaS Customers
● An ability to break down complex technical problems and provide simplified solutions in a more digestible way to customers
Skills and Capabilities:
● 5+ years experience in HubSpot CRM across 2+ hubs
● 2–4 years in a technical pre-sales or solutions consultant role, ideally in a SaaS or agency environment. B2B experience is a strong plus.
● Proven track record managing multiple client projects
● Comfortable building and maintain strong client relationships through transparency, candid communication, business understanding, and excellent execution and delivery
Sales and Marketing Skills:
● Strong knowledge of the sales pipeline and sales process, forecasting, and trends analysis
● Direct experience executing multi-channel strategies, along with a strong grasp of the sales and marketing lifecycles
● Familiarity with web, campaign, and marketing reporting, analytics, and best practices – ability to interpret and consult alongside implementation or integration projects.
● Comfortable assessing, deploying, and customize platforms to drive sales and marketing performance including lead generation, qualification
● Strategic, analytical, precise and detail-oriented, collaborative
● Proactive when identifying and articulating risks and problem-solving
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically when communicating with clients and audiences with varying degrees of technical aptitude
CRM Skills:
● Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Sales, Service, CMS, Data (Historically Operations Hub).
● Strong understanding of HubSpot APIs, Objects workflows, automation, and integrations.
● Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Experience preparing and delivering product demos and technical documentation.
● Expertise with CRM strategy, sales/marketing funnels, and lead lifecycle.
● HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner, Inbound Marketing) are a plus.
Technical Expertise and Experience:
● Integration and Data Management: Experience planning and implementing Marketplace HubSpot data integrations and Q/A-ing with other systems, such as Salesforce, Shopify, and ensure accurate data synchronization.
● Experience writing and planning object associations, accounting for data architecture in implementation and migration projects.
● Lead the system discovery process, design the ideal HubSpot-centered system, configure to specification, and train stakeholders on how to operate successfully.
● Strong analytic and decision-making skills to interpret data and campaign performance, spot trends, and determine conclusions
● Demonstrated QA and testing experience with integrations or to ensure that automation and data integrations (CRM or are working as expected
● Dashboarding and enabling executive reporting to support clients
Responsibilities:
● Evaluate clients' current tech stack, recommend an onboarding approach, and develop a plan to lead the customer to long-term success
● Serve as the lead advisor to clients in regard to HubSpot solutions, operations, and hubs, helping them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot
● Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making
● Create custom templates, workflows, and other functionalities that enhance user experience and support specific sales, marketing, service and web processes
● Lead agency's HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Implementation projects
● Support Digital Transformation team with implementation and tactical work for larger scale technical integration and migration projects
● Monitor client accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
● Provide quality control authority of data integrity over CRM data and records
● Plan, develop, deploy and maintain automation and programming
● Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system by implementing data validation rules, data cleansing activities, and data migration as needed
