KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHuman Resources• Review and implement HR policies and proceduresin line with company goals and labor laws.• Manage end -to -end recruitment, selection, andonboarding processes.• Coordinate the biannual performance appraisaland support performance improvement initiatives.• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) andimplement staff training and development programs.• Handle employee relations, grievances, anddisciplinary processes professionally and confidentially.• Maintain and update employee records, contracts,and HR database (manual and electronic).• Support payroll and benefits administration,ensuring compliance with statutory remittances (NSITF, ITF, PENCOM, etc.).• Organize employee engagement and wellnessactivities to foster collaboration and inclusion.Administrative Support• Provide administrative assistance to managementand departmental heads.• Assist in ensuring efficient office operations,procurement of office supplies, and vendor coordination.• Prepare and organize company documentation forclient audits, certifications, and renewals.• Assist in planning company meetings, workshops,and trainings.Bidding & Compliance Support • Assist in preparing tender and bid submissionsfor private, governmental, and international organizations (e.g., UN, NGOs).• Ensure timely renewal and documentation ofstatutory and company certifications required for eligibility in bids.• Support the collation of pre -qualificationdocuments, staff CVs, and technical submissions for tender applications.• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensurecompliance with bid requirements and deadlines. RequirementsQualifications & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of hands -on HR experience, preferably in a project -based ortechnical environment.• Certification with the Chartered Institute ofPersonnel Management (CIPM) or equivalent is an advantage.• Solid understanding of Nigerian labour laws, HRbest practices, and administrative management.• Experience supporting bid or tenderdocumentation is a plus.• Excellent communication, organizational, andinterpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIStools.• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, andability to multitask under minimal supervision.
