The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment in residential or commercial settings. The role involves performing various cleaning duties, organizing spaces, and ensuring all assigned areas are well-kept and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy assigned rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
  • Wash, fold, and iron laundry where required.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
  • Report any repairs, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Replenish cleaning materials and maintain storage areas in order.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and pay strong attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift moderately heavy items.
  • Good communication and time–management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦50,000.00 per month
