SUPERVISOR – NEXT APARTMENTS/HOTEL

Location: Ibrahim Taiwo Estate, Favours Junction, New Bodija, Ibadan

Salary: ₦100,000

Next Apartments/Hotel is hiring an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily apartments operations and ensure excellent service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of all Apartments and hotel staff
  • Ensure smooth running of housekeeping, kitchen, and front desk operations
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain cleanliness and service standards
  • Resolve guest complaints and follow up on issues promptly
  • Train and support staff to improve performance and service quality
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and report shortages to management
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports as required
  • Ensure all staff comply with company policies and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in any relevant field
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability
  • Proximity to the Bodija location is compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦100,000.00 per month
