Job Title: Accounts / Finance Manager

Locations: Lagos & Port Harcourt

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Accounts/Finance Manager will manage the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget control, and regulatory compliance. The role supports strategic decision-making through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting activities and financial reporting.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
  • Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow and cost efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ICAN/ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–6 years' relevant experience, including managerial exposure.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
