The Refined-U Digital Academy (TRUDA) provides a wide range of individual and corporate training, tutorial services for students, EdTech solutions, and educational resources from primary to tertiary levels. Our LMS website offers in-demand skills training in areas such as Tech, Languages, and Business. We aim to prepare young people for future career opportunities, enhance their self-productivity and resourcefulness, and support self-employment. Our vision is to help at least 200 young people secure better careers or become self-employed each year.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (French & English) who would work closely with the Founder & Director. The V.A will be responsible for developing and implementing French language learning curriculums, conducting virtual French trainings where required, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and support. The V.A will also assist in creating educational content and resources for students across different levels. This role requires close relationship with the Director; this means that prospective candidate must be VERY OPEN TO COMMUNICATE AT ALL TIMES (whatever it is).

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Possession of a DELF B2 Certificate is an added advantage
  • Experience in EdTech and creating digital educational resources is a plus

Benefits included;

Flexible remote based job (3hrs-4hrs/day)

Monthly wage starting at 80,000 naira above.
