Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative, trend-driven, and self-motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our fashion brand's digital presence.
  • This is a hybrid role suited for someone with a passion for fashion, strong content creation skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Design and post visually compelling content—photos, videos, reels, styling tips, and product features.
  • Write on-brand captions, use relevant hashtags, and create calls-to-action to drive engagement.
  • Engage with followers: reply to DMs, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
  • Collaborate remotely with stylists, photographers, and influencers to develop campaigns.
  • Stay on top of fashion and social media trends; adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (boosting, sponsored content) to increase reach and conversions.
  • Monitor analytics and report monthly performance (engagement, reach, followers, sales).
  • Support product launches, lookbook campaigns, and virtual events.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, style, and current fashion trends.
  • Proficient in the use of AI tools to create video content
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, or similar content tools.
  • Must have graphic design skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with fashion influencers is a plus.
