**Job Title: Social Media Associate to Deputy CEO

Reports to: Deputy CEO

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos State

Job Type – Contract

Mode of Operation: Hybrid

Salary: #200k - #250k

Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Associate to support the Deputy

CEO's corporate and personal branding initiatives at 7 Fifteen Capital Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media

strategy that showcases the Deputy CEO's thought leadership, expertise, and the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy to enhance

the Deputy CEO's personal brand and the company's corporate image.

  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, articles, videos, etc.) that reflects the Deputy CEO's voice, expertise, and the company's values.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain the Deputy CEO's social media profiles

across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all social

media channels.

  • Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with online comments, messages, and

mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular

reports and insights to inform future content and engagement strategies.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives

with company objectives and branding.

  • Thought Leadership: Identify opportunities to showcase the Deputy CEO's thought

leadership through speaking engagements, interviews, and guest posts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content creation software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in personal branding or executive social media management.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing, and communications principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
