Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Lagos. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. Daily tasks include creating and managing content, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to align campaigns with marketing goals. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and ensuring consistent brand voice across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Experience in developing effective Content Strategies for social media platforms
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and its applications within the overall marketing strategy
  • Analytical skills to track, interpret, and report on social media performance metrics
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools or video editing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and goal-driven team environment
