Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Managing Director located in Abuja. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, drive the strategic direction and growth of the organization, and ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering partnerships, overseeing team performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and representing the company in client meetings and public engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
  • Extensive experience in building or project management, sustainable design, or a related field; knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Edge certification is a plus.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and project cost control.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project management and compliance requirements within the architecture and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in fostering partnerships and managing client relations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity surveying, Cost and Project Management, Building, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications or memberships in relevant organizations are advantageous.
