Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests
     with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate communications
     between departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks
     such as scheduling meetings, managing visitor logs, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide 
    exceptional customer service
    , addressing inquiries and offering support to enhance the overall experience.
  • Assist with document management
    , filing, and other clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain a organised front desk area, ensuring it is neat and welcoming at all times.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
     (A degree or certification in office management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience
     in a 
    front desk or customer service role
     (Experience in the security, construction, or related industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in 
    Microsoft Office
     (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to handle 
    confidential information
     with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
