The clinic utilises trauma-informed therapy, hypnotherapy, and inner child healing techniques to support clients on their healing journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abuja for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks, including answering phone calls, managing communications, providing executive administrative support, and performing various clerical duties. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the clinic.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE and able to use MS WORD, EXCEL AND PPT.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Must be a graduate. Additional qualifications in office administration are a bonus
