Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Kamsomarvy Co in Abuja. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support, manage phone communications, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and assist with clerical tasks. The individual will also support executives by preparing reports, managing calendars, and handling confidential information.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
