About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting management and sales teams, and maintaining the efficiency of our administrative systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.

Maintain and update company records, property files, and client databases.

Support the sales and marketing teams with document preparation, scheduling, and logistics.

Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure office facilities are well-maintained.

Coordinate meetings, property inspections, and appointments for management.

Assist in preparing invoices, payment records, and financial reports in collaboration with the accounts team.

Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and administrative procedures.

Liaise with external partners, clients, and vendors professionally.

Contribute to improving administrative processes for greater efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦150,000.00 per month
